J.I. Case Building

The J.I. Case Building, located at Park Ave. and Washington Ave. in the Downtown East neighborhood of Minneapolis, was a vital piece in the historic industrial heart of the city following its construction in 1907. Since then, however, its role as a hub to distribute and market heavy farm equipment has ended. We are thrilled to help the building find a renewed purpose and second life with a mix of office and restaurant tenant spaces that preserve this structure's historic character from the brick and terracotta exteriors to the massive heavy timber interiors.

The existing 3-story brick building with full basement and attic space above the 3rd floor is being renovated with new elevators, stairs, roof framing, mechanical equipment, and vertical expansion of the 4th floor.  

The renovation was completed in 2023.
