White Oak Estates

White Oak Estates, located in Baxter, MN includes a 20-unit apartment building and two 10-unit townhome buildings with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units. This complex offers housing for low-income residents, as well as supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, and those with chronic or severe mental illness.
