Vesterheim Manor is an affordable multi-family housing complex in Preston, Minnesota, comprised of two 8-unit apartment buildings. Blumentals /Architecture provided architectural design services in the renovation of the buildings upon acquisition of the property by SEMCAC. The renovation consists of interior, exterior, and site improvements including accessibility upgrades, common area finishes, energy efficient lighting, asphalt roofing, composite wood siding, window replacement, and parking lot replacement, as well as many other much needed upgrades and improvements.
