Spring Creek II Townhomes

Spring Creek ll is a new housing development consisting of 5 townhome buildings with a total of 32 rental units in Northfield Minnesota. The project is a continuation of successful Spring Creek Townhome project completed in 2013. Located one block west of the original Spring Creek development we were asked to continue to build on the new thriving Northfield neighbourhood on the southeast side of the city. Construction was completed fall 2023.

The properties include seven 2-bedroom units, twenty-three 3-bedroom units, and two 4-bedroom units. Units are designed with spacious kitchens, ample closet space, private laundry, and an abundance of natural daylighting providing great views to the local park ,farmland, and natural wet land areas. All units have individual patios and front porches with private tuck-under garages.  Two units are designed to meet accessible design standards as well as two units meeting universal design standards. 

The site also includes professional landscaping and walking path  connecting the neighbourhood to a community playground and soccer fields.
