Fox Pointe Townhomes

Fox Pointe Townhomes is a new housing development of 38 rental units in Austin, Minnesota. Construction will be completed fall 2019, the project comprises of three buildings totaling some 73,000 square feet. The property includes eight 2-bedroom units, twenty-six 3-bedroom units, and four 4-bedroom units. Units are designed with spacious kitchens, ample closet space, private laundry, and energy-efficient appliances and heating and cooling equipment. All units have individual patios and front porches with private tuck-under garages. Two units are designed to meet accessible design standards.

The buildings are clad in a neutral brick with wood composite lap, board-and-batten, and shake siding in a range of colors to provide a rhythm and break up the long facades while providing each unit with an individualized character and look. The site also includes a community playground, walking path, and professional landscaping.
